Gratitude is one of my favorite words along with a daily practice.  There is always something to be grateful for.  As we celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, it is a time to look back on our year and really see all that we have to be grateful for….

See where you were at the beginning of the year and where you are now…

While I reflect, which I encourage everyone to do, I believe that all things fall into their divine place and time.  We are all on our own journey, with our own vision for our life.  We plan, we work and we dream. Life moves with us and through us.  Sometimes, life can change our plans and we may have difficulty understanding why. It is those times that you need to search for the gift….trust me it always there, just waiting for you to find it…

As you reflect upon your own life, you may discover you received own gifts from this year to be grateful for, which may be a blessing in disguise…

People are in all of our lives.  We have families, friends and those who cross our path or return to our lives.  The connections we have with each other are divine, meaning they are special.  Families and friends support each other.  People cross our path or enter our lives and bring their hidden gifts to share.  Without the support of one another, we can falter and wander.  Connections with others is what life is truly about…

When you look around you, see all those who have come into your life and added to it in some way….

I have done a daily gratitude practice for years.  Gratitude will always shift your focus on the good in your life and how much you truly have.  It can take a difficult situation and make it better.  It’s about finding those things to be grateful for….the gifts.  I know for a fact that when you do practice gratitude, life has a way of adding more to your life to be grateful for.  It’s an attitude thing.  The cup is always half full, never half empty.

Really give thought to all you have to be truly grateful for…

I have much to be grateful for.   From my family and friends, to all the amazing people who have shown up, you all have added so much to my life.  Life weaves our lives together for a reason….

Never forget those who are helping you…

To close out this writing of gratitude, it is my wish for each and everyone of you that read this, that you reflect and really count all of your blessings throughout this year.  Even the ones that may still be disguised to you.  We all have so very much to be grateful for.  Trust me, if you start to create a list of everything you have to be grateful for, as you reflect, your list will grow.  Just listen to your heart.  We are each on our own journey and at many times our paths may cross.  Enjoy where you are at, be grateful, spend time with those you love…and wishing you all the very best that life has to offer you.

With love,
