With a career spanning over 25 year in the real estate industry…
My career began in mortgage lending in the late 80’s when the rates were double digits. I worked several years in lending, both with clients and brokers in Sonoma, Marin and San Francisco counties. My experience encompasses a real estate sales, mortgage underwriting, loan origination and private trust deed management. Most recently added was the certification of design and home staging, which I do with my company Grace Designs SoCo. My background has given me a level of knowledge and experience that truly sets me apart as a real estate agent and allows me to provide unparalleled service to my clients.
Originally from Southern California, my family moved us to Sonoma County in 1976. I attended Piner High School and Santa Rosa Junior College and started my career in the real estate industry. I most recently spent 2 1/2 years in Orange County where worked as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker in Newport Beach. Living in both areas of California has allowed me to create some amazing relationships.
Staying active with strength training and running is something I am extremely passionate about. I have an equal passion for family, especially my two grandchildren, my friends and my yorkshire terrier, Bentley. Being of Italian descent, I have been working on my limoncello recipe for the past 12 years, which just received it’s trademark. I am also an avid writer and blogger and work creating videos and good content for social media. My dream is to inspire others to make the changes they want but maybe fear, so they can live an amazing life of no regrets.
